Check-in was simple, completed through automated machines. the onsen provided a relaxing experience each evening (i especially enjoyed the different temperatures). free drinks were offered in the evening. This was an unexpected bonus. i appreciated the selection of pillows available, a very thoughtful touch.

the room felt smaller than expected, maneuvering with luggage was a bit challenging.

the front desk staff offered quick assistance and maintained clean public spaces. automated check-in kiosks expedited the process and reduced wait times. the staff also provided clear guidance and instructions.

woohoo, this hotel is amazing. the location is super strategic as it is so close to the station. the onsen was so great. the staff were all very friendly, they totally.

the hotel is pretty basic, but its slightly more expensive than other similar hotels that have more facilities, no biggie though!

the rooms was completely dark, great for sleeping. my room Had a window, so i could get fresh air. the shower Had good water pressure.

the pillows was not good. it Was like they was filled with peas. i Could borrow an extra pillow, BUT that didn't help much. storage space was little and there wasn't many hangers.
